USPS Priority Mail Express and UPS Next-Day orders placed before 9am PST Monday - Friday will ship the same business day.

All other shipping methods will ship next business day unless your order is placed before 8am PST Monday - Friday.

USPS First Class - Free for all US orders. Delivery window is 3 - 7 business days.

USPS Priority Mail - Rates and delivery window are calculated at checkout based on order contents and destination.

USPS Priority Mail Express - Rates and delivery window are calculated at checkout based on order contents and destination.

UPS Ground - Flat rate of $16. Delivery window is 3 - 7 business days.

UPS Next-Day - Flat rate of $60. Delivery window is 1 - 2 business days.

International orders ship via DHL Express, Royal Post, or Australia post, based on location.

Orders placed after 8am PST will go out next business day.

DHL Express - Rates are calculated at checkout and start at $21.50, include customs, and have an expected delivery window of 3 - 5 business days after shipment.

Royal Post - Rates are calculated at checkout and start at $10.75, include customs, and have an expected delivery window of 2 - 6 business days after shipment.

Australia Post - Rates are calculated at checkout and start at $9.20. They have an expected delivery window of 3-10 business days after shipment.

If you need to return your product, you can send it back unopened for a full refund, within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you have used your Underwater Audio product, it is covered by the Underwater Audio warranty against manufacturer’s defects. You cannot return a used, operational product for a full refund. Cost of shipping returns will not be covered by Underwater Audio.

If a return of an international purchase is required, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to Underwater Audio and additional customs and/or duties. Underwater Audio will be responsible for shipping the replacement product back to the customer.
